You will feel safe, and I love how we have Chapel in the morning and after dinner. The staff is nice. I did not feel like I was taken up space.

Hope cottage should be so ashame of their selfs I would rate this place a BIG FAT 0 They had the audacity to kick out a mother with her kids out just because one of the employees did not communicate with her team and threw the mothers and children stuff out on the street. I won't recommend this place at all God doesn't like ugly and you ALL ...... SHOULD GET REPORTED PERIOD

I stayed there before I was so lost deep in my sins . I needed help badly . I was given respect help with clothes a warm bed to sleep in . For the first time in my live I felt like I was someone . Thank you Lord God for just loving me and accepting me. I have changed since then and I'm no longer that evil wicked person .

This place is so amazing! such a friendly and loving staff. You will feel like you're part of a family. The food is amazing and the whole building is very clean with all updated furniture. If you're in need of a safe place to get healing or support I highly recommend this place, it will change your life.

I volunteer here and have been doing it for a year now. I come often and have dinner with the women and the leaders of Hope Cottage. It's a very well-kept homie kind of place. The staff is incredibly friendly and so very kind. It feels so good to be a part of something so great! Thank you hope cottage for everything that you do in our community! If you want to get involved in volunteering I suggest that you contact the people at Hope Cottage. I hope that you consider donating gently-used items, finances, or your time to this wonderful place!

I understand it is a Women's Shelter not only a Homeless Shelter. Seems significant to point out. They make a tough job look easy. Clean and engaging with many opportunities to learn and share the learning. I owe a debt of gratitude, to God the Glory and the Praises!

I have been to many shelters in Arizona, from E.Mesa to Cottonwood to Phoenix and this one is by far the nicest and cleanest one I have seen. The name "Hope Cottage" is more than just a label for a shelter, it truly gives HOPE to woman and woman with children a safe harbor and love and support from the staff and the Flagstaff community. God bless them and all those who support this shelter. Hope Cottage is NOT government funded it's run by the grace of God and private donations. I hope my review will give hope to those in need and inspire others who are blessed to donate time or funding of any sort, to do so.🌈😇

Truly the most painful experience I have ever had, outside of childbirth. I got no Compassion, or help for my physical disabilities. I left hungry, tired, and in great pain, with bites from the lumpy, obviously infested mattress. The only staff person who actually let me finish a sentence was Sharon Rose. Thank you to her. The focus is on addicts, not anyone else, from what I saw. I am just an always clean older lady needing help. This is not the place for everyone, I understand. But, the complete ignorance of any ADA compliance is illegal and dangerous. I can not sit up straight for long, without great pain. There was no place to eat, for me. Vivian is power-tripping, speaks down to me. I am shocked by the whole experience. I was cruelly dismissed when I tried to explain my disabilities. Horrible experience, I left my clothes and brand new towel and blanket. Did not want to bring bedbugs with me.
